The illustrator Marina Vandel is a graduate of Beaux-Arts in graphic communication and has enriched her studies with scientific drawing courses at the National Museum of Natural History in Paris. She was a colourist alongside Aimee Wilder in New York, where she also learned the art of wallpaper. Her illustrations are made in pencil, gouache or watercolour. Alongside her work for clients such as Anthropologie, Fragonard, Aigle, Marin Montagut and the Museum of Modern Art in Saint-Etienne, she develops personal work that she exhibits in galleries and publishes as postcards.
